Find a new position inside or outside your company with clarity, confidence and focus.
We use my 5- step career transition journey as a framework, but the experience is customized to your needs and knowledge. We can go through the whole process or limit sessions to focus on where you feel stuck or need advice. Package 6 sessions and individual sessions are offered.

Coaching for Individuals:
Coaching is a partnership to help you reach your goals through your own resourcefulness. Through powerful questioning and tools, you will be able to create action steps that support the change or reach the objectives you want. In my coaching I use awareness, shifting and visioning tools based on Neuroscience research and a solution-focused approach.

Change takes time and is a process. Packages of 6 sessions and 12 sessions are recommended. Sessions are weekly or biweekly and last 45 minutes.

Packages for individual coaching in organizations depend on needs and goals. We start with an exploratory conversation or an Assessment survey (360 or Personality) to identify growth opportunities and goals. Some topics are:

The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is a 360 degree evaluation of a set of Leadership competencies, where you, superiors, peers, direct reports, and others who know you well respond a series of questions to evaluate your behavior in 29 dimensions that can be categorized as Creative or Reactive. Creative competencies have been demonstrated to support your leadership effectiveness, and Reactive competencies are considered to go against (although also offer a positive aspect) your effectiveness as a leader. This tool offers you a view of how you rate yourself vs. how others see you in action. It identifies a holliistic awareness of yourself, areas of strength and of future development.
