We use my 5- step career transition journey as a framework, but the experience is customized to your needs and knowledge.  We can go through the whole process or limit sessions to focus on where you feel stuck or need support.  The entire process can take at least six weekly 2-hour sessions.

Step 1 What I want and Who am I:  Values, Interests, Strengths, Personality assessment

Step 2 Defining possible futures: Position fit, Gap analysis, Transferable skills, Market research

Step 3 Finding opportunities: Elevator pitch, CV, Linkedin, Networking, Online search

Step 4 Getting the Job: Interview prep, Why you? Why them?, Salary negotiation, Managing the recruiters

Executive and Young Talent Development Coaching:

Change takes time and is a process. Packages of 3 or 6 months of weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended.

Coaching is a partnership to help you reach your goals through your own resourcefulness.  Through powerful questioning and tools, you will be able to create action steps that support the change or reach the objectives you want.  In my coaching I use awareness, shifting and visioning tools based on Neuroscience research and a solution-focused approach.

Some possible coaching topics:

  • Increasing confidence, motivation, and focus to reach my goals
