I offer packages for 3 and 6-month engagements for executives in all levels and leaders.  We start with an exploratory conversation based on in-company evaluation, or an assessment survey (360 or Personality) to identify growth opportunities and goals.

B5Plus Personality + F60 Capacity Assessment tools (Human Content)

B5-PLUS provides the most precise measuring of our most fundamental personality characteristics. It is developed and maintained with scientific rigor in full compliance with the Big Five model. 

By learning more about our personality preferences, clients are able to understand the types of work activities that come more naturally and enjoyable vs. those that drain their energy.  

The F60 is a tool to measure the capacity to understand and learn and the accuracy and speed to process information (similar to an IQ test).  Knowing our capacity level helps us realize whether we will succeed in a target career or future job positions.​

Assessment through interviews

The most accurate 360 leadership or executive assessment is when the feedback is gathered through insightful conversations with the parties involved.  Through my questions I am able to understand what is behind each feedback statement, what is the true meaning, beliefs, and perceptions. Interviewees are able to take the time to reflect on the person evaluated, find the evidence to provide constructive and valuable feedback with transparency.

The number of interviews will depend on the size of the team. A minimum of 6 interviews is recommended.  This assessment includes a 2 hours debrief session and a written report.

Assessment through online survey

Talent Smart's 360 Refined online 360 assessment provides
