Hola! Hello! Konnichiwa!

Foto%20Mai_edited.jpg

I was raised in Peru to a Japanese family, studied and lived in the US for ten years, and in Spain for fourteen.

Having experienced change and cultural challenges, I can relate to wanting to get the most out of life and career but feeling insecure and uncertain at the same time.

After more than 20 years in positions related to Career Development, Recruiting, and Marketing in large and medium multicultural companies, I launched my coaching practice to support potential managers, new leaders, and experienced leaders in diverse settings on their professional growth.  During the last 10 years of my career, I have celebrated and witnessed hundreds of professionals from +50 nationalities and cultures reach greater personal and professional growth through clear purpose, hard work, a positive mindset, and the support of a good coach or mentor.

I am ready to connect with you wherever you are in the world, be all ears and partner with you on this journey you have set for yourself.
